We take what others throw away, like pineapple skins, and give it new life. Through science-backed fermentation and nutrient enrichment, we create feed that cattle love and farmers trust.

NGAF started with a simple observation in the pineapple fields of Tangail: so much nutritious biomass was going to waste. What if we could turn it into something powerful?
From day one, our mission has been local impact: working side by side with independent farmers, agri-cooperatives, and feed experts across Bangladesh.

Our Origin Story

It all began when our founder visited a cattle farm and noticed pineapple waste being used as roughage.
The problem?
It wasn’t preserved or enriched. Animals ate it, but gained little.
That sparked an experiment in a backyard shed: pineapple skins + proper fermentation + nutrient additives = a breakthrough.
Today, we serve farms across the country, but our heart remains close to where it started.
